Orders & Payment: All sales require payment at checkout.
Delivery & Installation: Free installation is available for select products within Marin County & San Francisco. For orders outside this area, additional fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds: Custom succulent art is living and perishable; returns are not accepted. If your piece arrives damaged or fails to establish within 7 days, contact us for a repair or replacement.
Care Guarantee: We provide care guides and optional refresh services but cannot guarantee long-term survival without proper care.
Intellectual Property: All images, designs, and artwork on this site are property of Propagation Nation.
